在手拇指本節（第一掌指關節）後凹陷處，約當第一掌骨中點橈側，赤白肉際處。

橈神經淺支，從拇指流向頭靜脈的小靜脈支。
適應症
咳嗽，咯血，咽喉腫痛，發熱，及扁桃體炎，小兒營養不良等。
